All orders are shipped with a tracking number. This tracking number will be forwarded to you via email once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping rates are tiered based on order value:

UK - free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD - £9.00GBP INTERNATIONAL FREE  - orders over £75.00GBP

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days.

Rock Renewal promise that any personal information provided to us will remain confidential. We do not sell nor pass on any of the information we receive. We aim to safeguard your details at all times. Any further concerns of privacy should please be forwarded to info@rockrenewal.com

Payment

All orders are paid for and processed via Paypal or Shopify Payments.

Prices on the website are shown in an approximate currency conversion based on hourly conversion rates. 

Whilst you may be able to see your local currency on the store any payments will be made in GBP at the relevant conversion rate.

You do not need to have a Paypal account to use the checkout and can use a debit/credit card via the Paypal server or Shopify Payments should you prefer.

We deduct payment at the time of ordering. 

 

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is not as described. We urge you to carefully check pictures, description and measurements. These are pre-owned vintage items that will not be new. 

Return shipping costs if agreed to are at the cost of the purchaser. We urge you to use a tracked shipping service if returning an item.
